Hissy Fitz Smash Room was born out of a simple idea: to provide a safe and exhilarating space for people to let loose and have fun.

We believe in the therapeutic power of destruction—sometimes you just need to smash something to feel better! After having our own smash room experience, we decided to share this newly discovered passion with  our community in Sterling, Colorado.

We offer smash sessions, group events, birthday parties, divorce parties, themed nights, etc. all of which cater to anyone looking for a unique outlet for stress relief and fun.
